Tim Swiader - PresidentTim is a founding partner and President of Denver Metro Guides. He has been with the company since its inception and is helping lead the organization with an aggressive Go-to-Market campaign. Tim has twenty-seven years of experience in the Information Technology industry. For fifteen of those years he ran large data centers where his responsibilities included application development, strategic technology planning, profit and loss metrics, staffing, and facility management. He also created a ground-breaking solution that fundamentally changed the way one large company looked at computing. As Director of Professional Services for 3Com, Tim’s team was responsible for architecting some of the most sophisticated networks in the world. One project streamlined enterprise applications and patient care at hospitals throughout the United States. Others connected operations at an international airport in Norway, a national telephone company in Peru, and casinos in Las Vegas. Most recently Tim has focused on large telephone companies and wireless providers with domestic and international services. He oversaw the deployment of the first hardware/software solution that allowed cell phones to communicate with the internet. Some of his current efforts are directed at broadening the adoption of Voice over Internet (VoIP) in key market segments around the country. 
Vicki Swiader - VP of SalesVicki is a founding partner of Denver Metro Guides. She has been with the company since its inception and has been involved in many aspects of the design and basis of the concept. Vicki is currently responsible for all sales for the company and assisting with marketing. Vicki is an accomplished sales person with over 18 years of experience. She has worked in retail, industrial, electronic, insurance, and home based businesses, making her skill set very broad. Vicki has also spent some of her tenure in sales in management. She has experience at a contractor level and also the corporate level. Vicki is a native of Colorado and holds an Associates Degree in Fashion Merchandising. 
Cinthia Escuer Raymond - VP of OperationsCinthia is a founding partner of Denver Metro Guides. She has extensive experience managing business operations, specifically in the ecommerce arena. For over a decade she’s managed ecommerce accounts such as Apple Computer, Netgear, and Qualcomm. She brings efficiency, increased productivity, and quality to any team she’s involved with. Cinthia recently dove into the mortgage industry for a few years looking for a change. She was responsible for building her client base from scratch and had great success due to her strong project management skills and dedication to quality service. She’s since scaled back on her mortgage business to head up the Denver Metro Guides business operations. Being a new mom has led her to get more involved in community activities and gives her a great perspective on the needs of the community. Cinthia moved to the metro area with her husband Chris in 2005. Cinthia enjoys all types of outdoor activities, including walks with her newborn daughter. 
Chris Raymond - Chief Technology OfficerChris is a founding partner of Denver Metro Guides and has been in the web design/development field for the past ten years. He has a strong creative background and extensive experience in building and managing both small and large scale web sites. This includes his online network of community web sites based on grass roots motor sports, which is now over 80,000 members strong. In 2004 Chris decided to leave the corporate world to focus his energy on being an entrepreneur and to work on projects that he’s passionate about. In late 2005 he and his wife Cinthia picked up and left the fast-paced life of California and moved to the Denver Metro area. They immediately visualized an online community where locals could learn more about the metro area, whether they were visiting, relocating, or already living here. A new project would soon begin. In his spare time, Chris enjoys playing sports and racing his car at the local race tracks. He’s looking forward to turning his hobby into a family affair with the addition of their newborn daughter, Isabella. Our mission is to be your link to the Denver Metro community!
